Yesterday I was at  Adecco for over two hours.  It took me an hour to fill out all the personal / work info they wanted onto the computer.  I was never good at keeping track of my pay rates so I would of had to guesstimate on anything before Toys 'R Us in Harrisonburg.  They ask you what your strongest suit is and Retail wasn't really an option.   ( Read more... )

Today I did in fact go with Catherine to Starbucks some time after 3pm.  I ordered a coffee frap and we sat down next to the manager.  Took me 10 minutes to finally say OK I want to fill out an application. Today was my last day of intensive out-patient group therapy. I'm switching to a different group, non-IOP, next week. Funny thing is it covers more then my old one, but is only an hour long every Wednesday. Also start individual therapy on next Friday. I bought Shout Elmo last week. It is a guilty pleasure I guess. I affectionately call him Suicide Elmo, aka Jumper Elmo. You have to go here and click "See it in Action." I saw the demo on the shelves at work, and when at the edge of the shelf, he looks like he's gunning for the ground. I just had to buy it.

They are taking away all our stock in the backroom. NoooooooooooooooOOooOooOoooooOOOooooo. This means we will be closing earlier. They plan on getting everything out by Monday night or so. :( All so that Best Buy can move in early or whatever. DAMN U Jay and R (is for Bob ( Read more... )

Last night/today was the last day I worked night crew at Toy's 'R Us. It was fun and crazy. The week before Christmas we were doing 12 hour shifts, 8pm to 8am. This past week it was 10pm to 6am.
